Terms &
Conditions.
These terms govern use of the IZEE Petroleum website and explain the basis on which business enquiries are received and coordinated.
These website terms do not replace the specific terms in an IZEE Petroleum quotation, order confirmation, invoice or written agreement. Where they differ, the specific written commercial document will apply.
Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using izeepetroleum.com, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or submit an enquiry through it.
If you submit information on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
About IZEE Petroleum
IZEE Petroleum is a Karachi-based B2B fuel procurement and supply coordination company. We coordinate procurement, supplier communication, logistics and delivery arrangements for industrial and commercial clients.
IZEE Petroleum does not own refineries, retail fuel stations, storage terminals or tank farms. We work as a coordination partner with established suppliers and logistics providers on our clients’ behalf.
Website information
Website content is provided for general business information. We aim to keep it useful and accurate, but product descriptions, service coverage, availability and other information may change without notice.
Nothing on this website is professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and website content alone does not constitute an offer, guarantee or commitment to supply.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create an order or require IZEE Petroleum to arrange supply. We may request further information before preparing or coordinating a quotation.
Any quotation is subject to its stated validity period, product and supplier availability, delivery location, quantity, taxes, payment requirements and other written conditions. A quotation may be revised if the information supplied by the client changes or market and logistics conditions change before confirmation.
Order confirmation
An order is treated as confirmed only when IZEE Petroleum issues or accepts written confirmation and any stated payment, documentation or approval conditions have been completed. An automated form acknowledgement is not an order confirmation.
The confirmed quotation, purchase order, invoice and other agreed written terms form the commercial record for that transaction.
Products and availability
Products may include diesel, petrol, kerosene, light diesel oil, industrial solvents and lubricants. Supply remains subject to availability from established suppliers, applicable product requirements and the agreed delivery schedule.
Clients should state the required product, quantity, intended operational use and delivery requirements accurately. Product suitability must be assessed against the client’s equipment, storage and operational requirements.
Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices, applicable taxes, transport charges, payment dates and payment method will be stated in the relevant quotation, invoice or order confirmation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, website information does not represent a fixed price.
Payment must be made within the agreed period and through the stated payment channel. Delayed or incomplete payment may delay coordination, dispatch or delivery.
Delivery and logistics
Delivery dates and times are estimates unless expressly confirmed in writing. Scheduling may depend on supplier readiness, vehicle availability, route conditions, site access, regulatory restrictions and events outside reasonable control.
The client must provide a correct delivery location, an authorised receiver and safe, lawful access for the delivery vehicle. Delivery records, acknowledgements and quantity procedures will follow the terms stated for the relevant order.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, billing, product, quantity, site and scheduling information. The client must also maintain any licences, approvals, safe storage, handling arrangements and site procedures required for receiving and using the product.
Any discrepancy or delivery concern should be reported promptly using the contact details stated in the relevant commercial document.
Changes, cancellation and refunds
Requests to change or cancel a confirmed order must be made in writing and are subject to the terms of the applicable quotation or order confirmation. A change or cancellation is not effective until accepted in writing.
Committed supplier, transport, administrative or other costs already incurred may remain payable. Any refund, credit or replacement will be considered under the specific order terms and verified circumstances.
Suppliers and logistics providers
IZEE Petroleum coordinates with independent suppliers, transporters and service providers. Relevant business and delivery information may be shared with them where reasonably necessary to process an enquiry or confirmed order.
Third-party performance may also be subject to their operational requirements and the specific written arrangements applicable to the transaction.
Confidentiality and business information
Each party should use reasonable care with non-public commercial information received in connection with an enquiry or order. Information may be disclosed where necessary to authorised personnel, relevant suppliers or logistics providers, professional advisers, or where required by law.
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The website design, text, branding, graphics and other original content are owned by or licensed to IZEE Petroleum unless stated otherwise. You may view and print website material for legitimate internal business reference.
You may not reproduce, publish, modify, sell or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission.
Prohibited use
You must not use the website to submit false, misleading, unlawful or harmful material; impersonate another person or organisation; interfere with website security or availability; introduce malicious code; scrape the website at unreasonable scale; or infringe the rights of IZEE Petroleum or any third party.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IZEE Petroleum does not warrant uninterrupted access or that every item of website information will always be complete, current or error-free.
IZEE Petroleum will not be responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from website use, reliance on general website content, or third-party websites. Liability relating to a confirmed commercial transaction will be determined by the applicable written agreement and governing law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Events outside reasonable control
Neither party will be responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disaster, fire, accident, civil disturbance, government restriction, road closure, supply interruption, transport disruption, labour action, utility failure or network outage.
The affected party should communicate the impact when reasonably practicable, and the parties should work in good faith on a suitable next step.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. The parties should first attempt to resolve any concern through good-faith discussion. Subject to any different dispute provision in a written commercial agreement, disputes will be submitted to courts of competent jurisdiction in Pakistan.
Updates and contact
We may update these terms when our website, services or operating practices change. The latest version will appear on this page with a revised effective date.
